Kayleigh doesn't have school on tuesdays & thurdsays so we get some mother daughter time. Today it consisted of yogurt and coloring.

Yes.....for the record, my daughter IS always naked. I look back at all these pictures and she never has clothes on. Can you tell I take most of my blog pictures at night...lol. Oh, and bathtime is so much more fun with colored foam soap!

Todays pictures of the day are from the kids goofing off tonight after we got home. We went to dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings which was really good but took really long because it was a game night & there was a special on wings....oh well, now we know.

I know they're carseat straps are all messed up.....I didn't know Derek's was twisted until I saw this picture & I'm in a constant battle with Kay not to pull her buckle down. This was in the car when I picked them up from school.

Holy energy batman. I have no idea where it came from but the kids bounced off of the wall all.day.long today. I'm glad it's bedtime.

The first day back to school after Christmas break, what a wonderful day for everyone. The kids were so happy to get to go see their friends and I was happy to have some downtime. I actually had lunch with my sister. OH!! An Kayleigh wore big girl panties all day at school and had no accidents. I am so proud. She always wears panties at home but I was still putting her in pull-ups when we went out but I think it's time to just be done except for sleeping. Wish us luck. So todays pictures are Derek at his computer playing on www.nickjr.com which he loves. It makes me feel so old that my son, my four-year-old son can navigate, control, play and enjoy computer games. I assure you I was not doing that at four. Did we even have computers as a staple then? And dear Kay, who really just isn't into the camera for the time being...wet and in her monkey towel.

Ok...so this is gonna be as hard to keep up with as I thought...I'm already missing 2 days. I guess I'll just do the best I can. Here are the kiddos having some Burger King for lunch, nutritious I know. We had a lazy day & just stayed in our jammie-jams as Kayleigh has nicknamed them. (no idea where she got that)

I know the pictures aren't that great but I just have a point and shoot camera & Kay REALLY does not like getting her picture taken lately.

Wow....2009. It came fast. There are a group of mommies on a wonderful website that I belong to that are all going to try to take daily pictures of their kids this year. I think it sounds like a great idea, so wish me luck. Life gets crazy....I hope I can keep up!
